Zero-Storage Data Model

AutoECerts operates on a zero-storage principle for participant data. We do NOT store any participant names, email addresses, or certificate PDFs on our servers. All certificate data, PDFs, and QR codes are stored exclusively in YOUR Google Drive under your Google account.

What We Store

• Encrypted Google OAuth tokens (AES-256 encryption)
• Cryptographic certificate IDs for public verification
• Your subscription and billing information
• Encrypted SMTP credentials (Pro plan only)

Google OAuth Scopes

We request the following Google OAuth scopes to enable the certificate pipeline:

• drive — Create folders and manage files in your Drive
• spreadsheets — Create and read tracking spreadsheets
• presentations — Create certificate slide templates
• forms.body — Create registration forms
